Corrections and disputes

We aim to publish accurate price information derived from the machine-readable files (MRFs) hospitals are required to publish under CMS price-transparency rules. If you believe a price, payer, or hospital fact is inaccurate or out of date, please let us know.

How to report

Email clear-price-corrections@geninspired.com with the URL of the page in question, the value you believe is wrong, and (if you have one) a citation to the hospital’s current MRF.

What we do

Per our Terms and the master design §9.3, we acknowledge correction requests within 5 business days, target a 14-day resolution SLA, and re-run the affected page on the next quarterly refresh.

We do not remove publicly-disclosed rates, but we will: (a) annotate disputed rates on the affected page; (b) link the hospital’s own statement, if provided; and (c) re-run the data on the next refresh cycle.
